Solid buy
I sorted through countless pages looking for a nice cooling rack, and this one hasn't let me down. I use it in the oven for bread with a crispier finished bottom, for crispy, 'healthier', bacon [with a pan under to catch the fat draining off] and then move it to the top of my stove or kitchen counter or table as needed.

These are great racks. I always bake a double batch of cookies and ordered 3 of these for cooling.These are perfect and I love that with small "feet" they take up much less space in my cupboard. Afterthrowing rusty old racks away, I am thrilled that these are a "lifetime" purchase. It's also great to deal witha small, locally owned company that immediately wrote after my purchase, taking the time to introduce themselvesand to assure me that they stood behind their product. Great quality cooking rack
I'm glad I spent a few extra dollars for this rack. It's a well-made item that will hopefully stand the test of time. You notice the excellent quality upon opening the package and holding it. I cook food that needs to be cooled/dried on a rack often enough to necessitate buying a rack of this quality, though I'd recommend it for anyone regardless of how often it will be used.

Solid Product Recommended!
Sturdy, dish washer safe, does the job. I used it to rest breaded chicken to dry out a bit, and, after frying, to drain. Worked well.

This is a sturdy and well made cooling rack and it fit perfectly inside my half sheet pans. This is perfect for baking or roasting. So far I've roasted a turkey and 10lbs of prime rib on it and it performed great. Customer service is also great; they emailed me to confirm that it shipped on time and make sure it met expectations.
