So it hasn't been used much. I thought I could find someone to fix the zippers rather than go through the trouble of sending the carriage back. no such luck. so far so good.. is a bit big fitting through my door.... but its a double carriage lol... so i expected that. easy to put togeter even for me. i didnt even have to read the directions. zippers are cheap but my fur-babies dont fight hard so its doable. Personally I love it. My pups hate it but that is because they rather walk and sometimes they are just naughty, like when we are on public transportation and they are acting up... this makes things so much more containable and its a much more positive experience. during the summer, I can take them with me into most stores here as long as they are zipped up and not barking... I LLLLOVE IT... Just wanted to replace the wheel but Amazon apparently only allows you to ship the entire product back? Zippers are not the highest quality either, but if I can get the wheel replaced then I will raise my rating to four stars. The rest of the stroller seems quality enough. This is the worst product that I have purchased on Amazon.
