This is a difficult to review as I would think of you use if for what it is meant to be used for it is great that’s why I rate it 5 starsThis is info for people using it other than cleaning skin…Fiancé bought it as he has synusitis so we popped a bit of Himalayan salt in the water container and the first night he was delighted with the results, lovely steam, easy to use on face, right height, attractive and easy to store.Second night fiancé is left to his own devices and fills water pot with salt and very little water 🙄 so item actually stopped workingNext day I cleaned it all out, plugged it in but then it blew up and smoke came out and tripped the fuse board. This I completely due to misuse and not the products fault

The media could not be loaded.  It’s very easy to use lightweight easy to store not big and once plugged in within seconds it starts to steam hot steam don’t place face to close because it’s hot and I love that I can sit hold it to the areas I want to steam or leave on table to steam the whole of the face.

It worked fine the first couple of times, however, following continued use on a bi-weekly basis, I found that the steamer would start to spit hot water at the face !! In addition to this, later on the tank also leaked when I slotted it into the compartment. It did the job of cleaning, and did it for 10 mins (when the tank didn't leak), however, having hot water spit at my face ruins the experience and made me scared of getting burns.

The media could not be loaded.  I have been using this for over a month now. Really happy with it. Very well built, looks really nice, designed well, and preforms well. I also bought another model for my brother. I’ve seen how both differ in performance and design. This model is ideal for high surface like a breakfast bar or high table. The steam reaches comfortably around 10-15cm away. Takes around 45 secs to fully start steaming. It runs for around 7 minutes. These points I feel is the most important features about it. It certainly helped hydrate my skin. My apartment is generally very dry which affects my skin. The only thing I would upgrade about this model is the water container. Nonetheless, this a wonderful steamer.

The media could not be loaded.  Good product, does its job. It opens my pores and sinuses. But the steam it not as much as the expensive ones obviously you get what you pay for. But I am using it every night before skin care and I can see visible changes in my skin. My skin is much clearer.
