Is this the same as he normalizing clenser hat smells like grapefruit?

Hello - Thank you for your inquiry. This is a different formula, for dry skin. It has a different feel and smell. However, all of the Sothys products are very nice - in texture, smell and performance. However, all formulas do smell different. I hope this information has been helpful, and thank you for shopping with us!

Is this original which made in France?

The box and container look original and looks same as what I get at the spa

Do you wash your face before you apply it? I am just sceptical on how it can remove eye make up, mascara etc...

I used it to wash eye makeup. I didn't wash my face prior. It's great on eye make up, but sometimes I need another eye makeup remover if using waterproof mascara.
