I'm a "bigger" woman and spend too many hours behind my desk, my old office chair was killing me so I found this chair and I'm so glad I did!! It was simple to put together, although I do recommend tying a string around the little allen wrench they give you, I dropped that thing a million times. I had the chair together in about 10-15 minutes. It's so comfortable and there's enough room for my butt and hips in the seat!! When I first sat down I thought the cushion was a little stiff but the longer I sit the better it is. I would definitely buy this chair again and recommend it to anyone!!! Totally worth the $$!!!!

To start with it comes in a large box very well packaged easy to install instructions are very clear. The support was wonderful more than enough for a large person . There's only one thing that I found issue with and that was the wheels they didn't break or anything but they are plastic and they don't roll very well on tile or hardwood I did purchase a separate set of rubber Wheels and now the chair is perfect I would recommend it 100%

I was disappointed to find that the contoured seat didn't wrap around me so much as jab me in the love handles. They actually have another chair that has a wider seat that may have been more to my liking, but I'm not trying again. Not returning it either, my kids and wife think it's comfortable enough, so they get to use it. My teen son is skinny as a twig and sits in it like Joffery on his throne. It was pretty simple to put together, had it done in about 20 mins. The frame of the chair seems solid enough and the head cushion is a nice touch. The arms of the chair seem cheap, they wobble a lot. and the lumbar pillow should have had some way to stay in place.**updateThe company contacted me and offered a partial refund due to my disappointment in the chair. I added a star since they stood behind their product and I consider that a fantastic selling point. The chair is very popular with the kids, they love it.

So right out of the box, the plastic covers on the "seat" portion were loose. Tolerable. Then the instructions were not accurate, seat handle (left) is backwards. So that caused a delay, but I got over it and assembled. The worst is that the bottom part with the wheels just has the seat resting on it. So if you lift the seat, it comes off. That's just alarming to me. I figured sitting on it would lock it in place, but I was wrong. Worse yet it feels lopsided to the left.Now the unacceptable part, the title claims its 400lb, wide. I am 410lbs. 10lbs over is no biggie, problem is that it's actually 350lb chair. Flat out lied about it. I have pets, a toddler, and a baby just starting to crawl. If this chair randomly gives out, it could hurt or kill one of them. And the wide part, I fit snugly into it, the armrests pressed against me. It's uncomfortable for longer sitting sessions. I also had to buy arm rest pads, as the ones on it are hard rubber. First time I sat on it for 30 minutes, my elbows were sore. $30 for the pads, which should of been included.I have 90 days to return it, but I have to unassemble it to do that. So now it's just sitting there taking up a huge space, waiting for me to have a low back pain day to take it apart and return it.Truth be told if this was like a $50 chair, all this would be minor or expected. But it's a $180 chair at full value. That's absurd to pay for all these problems.

the chair lean foward and it feels like you are going to slide off. the back wings should be wider(or taken out). it does not feels sturdy at all.UPDATE-- changed the rating to 3 due to excellent custumer service. if they fix the leaning foward and the back piece issue I will try them again.

I'm not sure where to begin. The chair is amazingly comfortable and looks great. It was extremely easy to put together as well. But the main reason for 5 stars is the company itself. Their customer service is 100% on point. They are professional and care about the product as well as the customer. Between the product and service they now have a customer for life.

My son's had this chair about 1.5y & is nowhere near the weight limit, but it spontaneously broke while he was sitting in it at his desk doing homework. The seat part just broke on the side & is now unusable.

I have been looking forward to having such a chair, but I haven't made up my mind. However, I bought it this time. Although there was some delay in the goods, I had no way.After I get the goods, I quickly put it up, very simple, who let my hands-on ability is very strong.After the adjustment, I used my seat comfortably. Although it was a new product, it didn't have the bad smell, it was comfortable to sit on and of great quality.I love this baby.
