WAKOODA 2 Stage 12volt SUP Inflation Pump

Purchased this pump and it worked great. After using it several times it would not build pressure like it did at first , contacted Amazon they in turn immediately had the shipper send me a return authorization which I used to return the pump. I did get an email from the shipper saying that perhaps it was a check valve they would inspect it. In. Shortly the pump was returned to me in fine working order. This is what Customer service should be from both Amazon and the shipper/seller. Thank you. Ken in Charlotte NC

Excellent customer service! Unfortunately the item itself has broken twice. After discussion with Wakooda, I think this unit would work fine if I didn't have a massive paddleboard. They are thinking the 18.5 foot by 5 foot wide paddleboard may be more than this little pump can handle. They have repaired it at no cost once and I will send it back again for another repair. I will pass it on to friends with smaller paddle boards and hopefully it will do well. I will look at a more robust pump but will definitely buy from Wakooda based on the customer service.

Love the Wakooda SUP, the pump though doesn't accurately reflect the PSI; the gauge was saying 4-5 PSI, which seemed wrong because the board was hard, so I replaced it with the manual pump and it showed 12 PSI. Seemed to work well from an inflation perspective, but a pump needs an accurate gauge.

best investment i ever made. easy to Inflate SUP. portable and works with car power outlet. is not a fast inflate, but definitely better than manual pumping

We would recommend this product for blowing up inflatable SUP's. The build is high quality, it comes with extra parts and works great.We have two Hala Straight Up 10ftx33inch wide, 6 inch deep boards. It takes 2 minutes to take the board from flat to filled out in shape and when the pump bumps up a notch. It takes 11 minutes exactly per board to get to the desired 15 psi. No need to pump by hand at all. There is a dial on the top where you set the PSI you want and the pump turns itself off when it reaches there. We did find that to get to 15psi you set the dial to 16, but works great otherwise.We paid attention to see if the pump got hot while being used and it did not. We were comfortable unplugging one SUP and starting on the second one right away with no issues.We used the pump plugged into our 12v cigarette lighter with the car turned on.

The pump works great for our inflatable SUPs. We plugged it in to our truck and it inflated two large SUPs in less than 15 min. I like how you can set the dial to the PSI setting and then just hit the on button. Super easy and portable for use on our boat too!

UPDATE - after 3 uses, the second stage pump has stopped working.The pump does a good job of inflating SUPs. Surprisingly, the pump stays cool even after inflating 2 SUPs. The gauge seems pretty accurate however vibrates significantly during inflation. I gave this 4 stars because the pump doesn't seem to be very solid. I don't think it would survive a drop.

Very good pump for paddleboards! Ready in just a few minutes. Pump will stop when the desired pressure has been reached. A real back saver!
