Goes on and feels like there's a sealant across your face that no water can touch. Which is great for me as a performer who sweats a lot (I don't use this on a regular basis!). HOWEVER, the spray bottle is why I give it three stars. The spray comes out as an aggressive stream with one goal in mind: blinding you for life. It's not at all misty which makes application rather difficult. Maybe I just got a busted version of the bottle...but beware. The blindness almost got me.
