Great snack bar or meal replacement if you are in a pinch. The Handle Bar has a little more sugar than the Tiki Bar, but it also has dark chocolate!It is full of organic ingredients and the taste is fabulous!

This company makes some of the best energy bars. I fell in love with them in Wyoming and now I am so happy I can get them via amazon. You will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately I feel a little mislead. I had these bars at a meeting and was impressed that they tasted good and also had very reasonable calories (130); were low fat (4.5 gms) and low sugar count. So I ordered a box of them from Amazon thinking they'd be a perfect mid afternoon snack. When they arrived upon closer scrutiny I discovered that the label states 2 servings in a single bar so every number above is double for a bar. I know of no other bar manufacturer that claims a single bar is 2 servings (what are you expected to do with the half eaten bar?) so I feel mislead relative to the calorie counts, fat and sugar and all the things I try and be good about. It does not feel that different from a candy bar and in fact feels to me worse because it feels misleading.
