A little rough around the edges,
I ordered the "Harbor Creek Days to Remeber Family Wooden Birthday Calendar Wall hanging' for review. As we have been gaining new family members recently due to marriage and new babies, it was important for my wife to find a system that would work well to remind her of important dates. when it arrived a few of the smaller pieces were chipped or broken, but with 100 of them these couple of causalities were not a big deal. The front of the sign is a light oak color with the design cut/burned into the wood. It has very rough edges with some chips, looks like it was cut with a dull saw. The front also had a small ding in it. For the price, I do not believe this has the quality that I would have expected it to. Overall, It is a cute idea, but the look of this specific wall hanging is a bit cheap.

Fun idea
The idea of this wall hanging is really great. In practice it looks a bit cheap (but then I shouldn't be surprised given the cost). It didn't come with 50 hearts and 50 circles and 100 links as advertised. It came with half that which is still more than enough, but something to keep in mind. It must be hung out of reach of children because the links are very cheap feeling and will pull right apart with the slightest tug.

Cute calendar idea. I've had a handful of these over the years, but they all seem to have the similar problems.Pros:- So happy the "Days to Remember" is etched on instead of using vinyl that eventually peels.- Easy to hang!Cons:- Tags are rather thin and not smooth around the edges.- Tags spin/turn easily, not allows the tags to be easily visible.- Not a fan of the tags that has birthday printed on them. The colors are not flattering for my home decor.- Doesn't actually come with 100 tags like descriptions states. 25 blank hearts/circles and 25 labeled hearts/circles

Great concept
I've been wanting to make one of these, but to buy one on amazon is cheaper than I could make one on my own. The sizing of this sign is perfect. I only received 50 hooks, 25 hearts, and 25 round wooden tags. I wouldn't have used 100 wooden tags, but it's advertised as containing 100 pieces. The hooks are very small, so it does take time and patience putting this together. After I hung my wall hanging calendar, it didn't sit flat against the wall. I put masking tape behind the sign to have it lay flat. Overall, it's a cute sign and I love the idea of having this calendar sign up year round for birthdays!

Cute decorative reminder for important dates!
This makes such a cute gift! It's a great reminder for birthdays and anniversaries that doubles as a home decoration. It's sentimental and easy to put together for anyone. It comes with all the metal rings as well as little wooden hearts and circles that I can write names and birthdates on before hanging under the correlating months. The wood look blends nicely with my farmhouse decor too. I like the string that it comes we with for hanging and also the small hook that can be mounted on the wall. All in all, I'm very happy with this and will be buying more for gifts.
