Very easy to use!! Holds my super wide LG phone. It fits in the my vw Passat cup holder very well, but that also means you loose a cup holder when someone else is in your car who has a drink but nowhere to put it. Locking and unlocking the mount is very easy. There is a big arrow on the mount to tell you which direction to turn to lock unlock to the cup holder. There is a big button on the back of the mount that expand the phone holder portion of the mount. To tighten the phone to the holder push both sides together and the phone fits snug. Having a popsocket proved no problems either. I drive up hill, down hill, and on bumpy construction roads. This car mount managed to hold on my phone through all those driving situations. I would take this to my next rental car!!. Overall I really like this phone holder been using it everyday since I bought it. One down side is that when driving over bumpy roads the mount does shake alot as it's shaking with the car.

I LOVE THIS !!!! I have tried so many phone holders This is the first one that is easy to install, holds the phone securely and I am easy to see position that doesn’t put the driver in peril.Over the years, I have tried over 6 different types. I had given up and just laid the phone in my console tray.The best part is it’s affordable as opposed to anything similar !!I’m considering them as Christmas gifts for my grandchildren as they can’t drive without easy access to their phones. I consider this item as a safety feature for them and their cars.

I used this in my EZ Go golf cart to hold my cell phone which runs my golf GPS app. It was simple to put together and installed easy, 2 minutes or less. The arm is very adjustable--I was a little worried that the bouncing around in the cart would knock my phone loose, but it seems to hold well. If I was designing it perfectly, I would make the arm a bit shorter. I basically doubled it in half, which was why, I believe, it didn't wobble all over underway; additionally, I would make the part that holds the phone actually snap into the arm. It hasn't presented a big problem, but it does slip out sometimes when I remove the phone...no reason for that to be so loose. All and all good product for the price. I would recommend.

For a few years I used a phone mount that was installed on the windshield. I had to start parking my car in a sunny spot every day instead of a shady spot at work. It kept getting so blistering hot during the summer and the suction cup eventually melted off for my old phone mount.I had to have a phone mount in my car, so I searched for one that can be used in my cup holder instead. It was easy adjusting to fit snugly inside the cupholder. I like the flexible goosehead and it holds a big heavy phone in place just fine. The phone in the photo I took is an old phone but you can get the idea.I don't think I'll have to worry about this getting melted in the blistering heat. It's durable enough to last me for a few more years I think. I'm pleased with this purchase.

I really wanted to like this product. I was so excited to get it because I am always wanting to have my phone in a very visible place. I got it out of the box and put it in my cup holder, and as I went to twist it, a small piece of the base broke off. I dont know if i just got a bad piece or not.

This phone mount has been so helpful! I have a Honda Fit and the cup holders are practically under the dashboard. The gooseneck on this mount is flexible enough to be able to see my phone but sturdy enough to stay in place. Locking the mount into place is really easy. It has come loose a couple times but it was more because of bumpy roads loosening it and I was able to push it back into place. The phone holder is very easy to set and release. Overall very happy with this purchase!

I normally use a suction phone mount on my windshield. After seeing many tv ads for cup phone mounts I decided to try one. This unit seems to be very secure. It holds the phone and is very sturdy. I like the adjustable tilt and easy clamping of the phone. I was disappointed as the first time I tried to expand the base the little plastic tabs broke. I was surprised. The unit is supposedly guaranteed so I will contact them about this issue.
