Well, it took two tries with the vendor to get it just right, but both Amazon and Char Music were very concerned with my satisfaction. I ended up with a perfect fitting suspension case for my 15" viola at a reasonable price and they paid the excess shipping charges...

This is a nice case as I bought it back in November
This is a nice case as I bought it back in November, 2014, and the zipper just broke yesterday to the outside pocket which we put my daughters books in. Will not purchase another one of these. Toshira Viola Case Blue - 15 inch size

Very nice case
I am so please with my new case. I have a Violin, but I wanted a case big enough to leave my shoulder rest on. It works very well for me.
