Bad connection with premium features
I bought this product reading the review online. But was totally disappointed with the connection quality. The left earbud kept continuosly disconnecting, and was not left any option but to return the product.Sound quality was bass oriented and could have been better. These were fitting so well, i just fell in love with the fit as those were very comfortable while running and never left its place. The touch was very well responsive. The look and feel was premium.

Over-warm sound, not the most solid connection
I didn’t much like the sound on these at the start, but managed to get it to a stage where I was okay with it. I tried a number of eartips (including the two extra pairs provided in the box) on these and the sound was warm to the point of being dark with them all. The bass is not tight but somewhat fuzzy-smudged, colouring the other aspects of the sound - and I found this to be true across the board, with all kinds of music.I finally resorted to using Comply True Grip tips and found that got the sound to a point where I wasn’t actively disappointed with it all the time. (But these tips caused a bit of a problem in that the earbuds would no longer be snug in their case because of the larger profile of the eartips. I took to placing the case inverted on a table, with a small weight - something like a wallet - balanced on top, so they would stay properly shut.) I also tweaked the equaliser settings on my two primary sources, Apple Music and Spotify on my phone, so that the bass was reduced at source.Speaking of the case, the pairing process is a dud. You need to take both buds out of the case at the same time for successful pairing. Obviously this means you cannot do it one-handed, and even with two hands, you need to be extremely careful and need to have the case resting on a stable surface because otherwise it will spill. Even so, I found myself dropping the buds on occasion because it’s hard to get a good grip on them when extracting both of them simultaneously like this. In its favour, the case is small and portable.Comfort-wise, these are good, but you need to do a bit of fiddling each time to make sure the seal you get is not too tight or too loose, so as not to affect the sound quality unduly.Connection quality was 4 out of 10 for me. On average, in a 90-minute listening session, I would have the sound cutting out entirely about five times, and I’d have to resume play either on my phone or by tapping one of the buds. Sometimes it would happen as frequently as three times in 6-7 minutes. Occasionally, when putting them in, despite my phone saying they were paired, there would be no sound out of the left bud and I’d have to pair again. Resetting the earbuds worked for a few days but then the problems started up again.Controls were a bit of a hit or miss. Two taps to skip a track worked only about half the time. One tap to pause did almost always, and so did press and hold to increase/decrease volume.Having said all of this, I would probably buy these again if I was in the market for true wireless earbuds to use primarily outdoors. The design is more unobtrusive than the Beats Pro, which are similarly bass-pronounced and also water-resistant, like these M Sevens. The Cambridge Melomania buds, which I’ve also tried, are at the other end of the spectrum, lacking in bottom end completely, and bullet-like in your ears. The Sony WF-1000 XM3 are probably the best-sounding buds I’ve heard so far, but they’re about three times the price at the moment, the highly visible logo on them is a turn-off, and I don’t need ANC enough to be wanting to be fiddling with those controls in addition to the regular controls.

Extremely good price-performance ratio!
After testing lots of (cable) in-ear headphones from different companies over years, I decided to buy some wireless ones this time. I did some research on which product would be the best for me. Then I got a recommendation from a friend, that I should try the jays wireless headphones. When I first saw the price I thought a bit high for “Jays” headphones I’ve never heard of. But in the end, if you look at different models with same quality, the product price in unbelievably low. I would even say the jays have the best price/performance ratio on the market. The decision was made and after two days they were delivered in a safe, little, tiny packaging. The box had a very noble black, classy design. The supplied guidance explains in many different languages how to employ the product. It’s very simple. You have the possibility to use voice over. To have a call with someone is also possible.Battery:The headphones get charged by a little case. If the battery is low you charge the case with an usb c cable (also delivered). The jays itsself last 9 hours with the possibility to recharge 3 times with the case WITHOUT recharging the case!!!! Incredible! First I couldn’t believe but it’s true I tested it! That means no one has to worry about to have no music one day. 38h playtime & mic!The sound:If you put the headphones in your ear, I already recognized nearly nothing from the noise in my environment. Then turning the music on - you hear nothing around you. The sound is incredible for these little, sleek headphones. Very clear Sound with very good high and low tones.Design:I decided to buy them in black, because I wanted them in a simple design. Wearing them you just see black “points” in the ear without sticking out. Already many people asked me what headphones I use, because they were so amazed by the design. I LOVE the design.Wearing comfort:Until I use them (1 month) I never had problems. It’s made for every day wearing. Even listening many hours a day made the jays headphones possible for me. Easy touch controls making it possible to handle the music without using always the mobile. Conclusion:All in all I can’t say anything I disliked at this product. Until now I didn’t regret buying them, even if they are a bit more expensive. Although The same quality you don’t get somewhere else in this price category. That’s why I have to give 5 stars. Good job Jays!

Great earbuds in small charging case.
These are wonderful earbuds in a very small and handy pocket sized charging case. The sound is good for the price, good highs and lows. But I found that they didn’t fit in my ears very well and I could hear every step I took with them in, they were knocking against my ear bone and I found the sound distracting from the music, so I sent them back. Sitting down however, the sound was very good and I would recommend others try them out....and hope that they don’t have the same ear bone problem.

High quality sound plus a high quality feel
I was fed up with wired earphones especially when exercising so thought it time to seek out a high quality pair of wireless ones. I’m an “everything Apple” person but I don’t like the style of their ones and wanted something more discreet. Time to research and take a guess at the quality of sound and fit.Reading the specification of the Jays m-Seven was very impressive! A long battery life plus a charging case taking playtime up to 38 hours sounded great. Sweat and rainproof ticked another box for me and the decision was confirmed when I read that alongside all the other touch controls I can use Siri with them. It’s difficult to show when buying online but when I took these out the box and handled the case and the buds I could tell this was a high quality product. Very compact as expected but also a great feel to them. They paired easily with my phone and then the big test.....the sound.Impressive would be an understatement! The clarity, the range from bass to treble, the volume are all great plus they shut off nearly all background noise. They’re also very easy to control by touching the earbuds. The other big test is how they fit, particularly when exercising. My exercise regime includes me jumping/landing and moving quickly from head down to upright, a challenge for any headphones never mind ones with no ear clips. They fitted snugly and at no time did they feel like they’d fall out, plus with no wires there’s no chance of accidentally pulling them out.To summarise, it’s simple......Buy them and you’ll not be disappointed.

Great sound... for 2 days!
Was really impressed with the audio on these, and was primed and ready to give them a gleaming review. This was blighted after the first 2 days of using. For some reason it failed to pair anymore. The result was music only came out of the right bud. This unfortunalty could not be rectified. As the earbuds failed to reset.Glad this happened whilst the item was still in guarentee. I returned the Item with full refund. In conclusion its such a shame... I have been a fan of Jays earphones ever since I used their wired version on my iPhone 4 way back. Again I will stress the audio is awesome. But this of coures is a redundent statement due to it not working after just 2 days. Please Jays... sort this out pronto!!

Jays m-seven
