Not recommended
Overall review of item (shipping box intact but not items):1. Bag case that houses the bracket was torn.2. Bracket was missing attachment that grips onto solid surface.3. Phone case that attaches to bracket was broken.Not recommended

Excellent Phone Holder
Excellent phone holder if your desk has a lip to attach it to. Mine doesn't apparently. That's not a deal breaker though. There's not too much to say. I gave it 5 stars because it is a good product. I think it's absolutely what I needed.

Will not stay in attachment conected to headboard.
Item needs to have the same ball on the end that the other end has. The end that goes into the attachment on the headboard repeateded comes out. It will not hold my kindle paperwhite with out rearanging it over and over again. It keeps slowly lowering downward. Spring needs to be stiffer. I am disabled and can't hold the reader. So, this was a great idea but needs work.

Cellphone or Device Holder Review
This holder is good, but the base design is poorly designed. In my case, the base couldn't be firmly tighten. I have it attached to the side of the headboard in our bedroom. From the first day, the base couldn't hold my cell phone while this device is attached on the side of the headboard.Fortunately, I found a quick fix. I attached rubber bands to support the arms. That worked! I dont have to return it.These device holders should be able to be attached to a table or headboard on its side, vertically or horizontally. Otherwise, it serves it purpose.
