Great machine
I did like the instructions and didn’t over fill the three holes and wrapped a towel around it to keep it from running a lot ( but not covering holes). also removed tuner at the end and all my eggs hatched . I really like this incubator and saler sent me a video to watch to help. Would definitely buy again if mine ever gave out. This is the third year of me using it. Will let you know when it gives up.

Egg turner broke
After finally getting some fertile eggs from our breeding stock we were able to use the incubator…after about a week of use the egg turner started being really loud. I unplugged let the turner cool down and plugged back in, leaving turner disconnected. I’m not home enough to turn eggs manually. After a day off I connected the turner and ensured it was working. When I arrived home from work the next day the turner is no longer running…. No way to contact the seller. I’m very disappointed!

The Worst Ever
This incubator arrived broken. On the clear plastic viewer, there is chipped plastic that is starting to crack further. The plug in that connect the unit to the motor was broken off. The plug doesn't stay in so it keeps shutting off. Even when it is on, the temperature will not regulate. Even the design is awful. I am returning it, obviously. It also was very expensive.
