No arch support, came in 2 different sizes. Otherwise nice boots
I ordered size 9 and I got two different sizes-left size 9 and right 8.5. I would return but they seem to be the same size to me, so that hasn’t been an issue. The boots are very flattering and I love the height, design, and feel but the big downside is that they have NO arch support whatsoever. Completely flat sole. Other than that, I really like them!

Adorable but not of good quality
They're super cute boots but the entire upper part of them has no way to stay up on your leg without the sweater material portion because thats the only elastic holding the boot up. And thats super cheap and stretchy and not very fitted so i fear the elasticity wont last very long and they'll be falling down in the very near future...also the zipper catches on both boots and has since the moment i opened the box. They are very cheaply made and it shows. Cute but not of good quality....

These came exactly as pictured and described and they arrived SUPER FAST! Also, they are not completely flat, they have a slight heel inside. I'm very happy with my purchase.
