This product is an ACER ICONIA. You should know since the sellers will not disclose this information, and once you do research on it you will know why. DO NOT purchase this if web surfing is paramount, if downloading kids' games and playing those games is all you need ... it's a nice product for that purpose only. It does not act like a dual core, barely a core at all. Very slow, like it's running off a 8066 chipset, any video played freezes, and the only fix is clearing cache or app data (which clears login info). Wow I was ashamed to have purchased this item after seeing its performance. BUYER BE AWARE of what you're purchasing.

Most disappointing product I've ever purchased on Amazon. Fore starters, this phablet does not receive a very good signal inside buildings regardless the phone service carrier I'm using. Other problems I've had with this item, was that I cannot get several apps to function on it properly, that does include apps that are factory built into it. Last but not least, after having this item for only a week and a half, it suddenly stopped working on me. At first I thought maybe it died (Another thing I forgot to mention, is the battery life on this thing sucks), but after leaving it on the charger for a couple of hours, I could not get it to turn on. However, strange enough, despite not being able to turn it on for use, the alarm I've set on it went off one morning and we were unable to tun the alarm off. I highly advised against piurchasing this product. While it maybe very cheap, it's still not worth its price tag.
