good Product, excellent price .First of all not a USA warehouse but vendor is friendly and I was able to track the package via amazon app and my Alexa echo dot “ Alexa where is my stuff “ took under 2 weeks to receive but be realistic with time according with time the year ( holidays )Took me 2 minutes to install .ProsLock in all 5 wheels give me stability to stand and sit back on the same position.Smooth ride .No marks on my floor.I’m 250lbs using on a office stool standing and siting constantly.The plastic material of the wheels look solid with moving bearings .No regrets .
