I ordered two. The items I received were not the exact item I ordered and that is the reason for giving the 4 stars. Both boxes I received did not have parts F and G. However, the product I did receive were complete according to the enclosed instructions. I am happy with the fountain. There is no on and off switch so the pump will turn on automatically when you go outside. The first day I used the pump, we had scattered clouds. Since the cloud was covering the sun, the pump only spouted about an inch or two of water. BUT, when the cloud cleared, the pump went full blast and reach over 18 inches! So on days where there are scattered clouds, you will see the fountain fluctuate in how high the water spouts out.

I like this little addition to my bird bath but here in Seattle we have cloudy days and especially mornings. I was hoping it would charge with sun and run for awhile without direct sunlight like some other solar products I have. It only works well in direct sunlight and that changes in my back yard as the day goes on. I haven't been able to find a place with sun that lasts very long so it's not very useable for me. It would be fine in a place with constant sun. Wish it stored a solar charge.

The solar fountain is super cute but I am a little disappointed in the size of the spray of water. It is not a constant stream of water and when it does spray up it is only about 2-3" every couple of seconds certainly not like the video.I wish it would spray more like a fountain but it does trickle and move the water in the birdbath and that is what I wanted.

I've had this for a few weeks now and it is still going strong. It will not run if it is not full sun, so don't think it is broken in the afternoon or early morning. It is easy to clean the filter. Also, it sprays high, so when you are not going to be in your yard to maintain the water level, it is best to remove the spray head. When you are sitting outside and it is windy, you can just go add some more water if the wind blows the water sideways. I try not to let the birdbath go empty. as I don't want to burn up the motor.

I love it, but it is sad that it only works in the SUN!!! If there is a shade because of the rotation of the sun, it stops working. It needs to be placed on an empty yard. If there are trees in the neighborhood, the shade will eventually be in its way.Finally, if the sun hiss through the clouds, it will also stop working....BUT I LOVE IT WHEN IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!

I like the fountain except I didn’t get all of the parts and I can’t find a way to email the seller. When it’s sunny it runs all day! The stream of water is too tall and I can’t adjust it because I don’t have all of the parts.

Good product but work well under full sun. I got and installed on a rainy day, it was working with low fountain. Next day no rain, I can see how great is the fountain this solar can produce.

Absolutely loved it while it worked. I ordered mine July 21,2020 received it July 23rd worked great for just over 2 months then it just stopped working. I kept the water clean and full worked great then without warning stopped. Makes me sad.
