Overall what I expected.
Stitching was not the best on the band is why I took off a star but the rest if the hat appears descent. Fits as expected. Overall just what I needed.

Good Hat, Good Price, Incorrect Description
I purchased a military boonie hat back in 1995 and it has served me faithfully since. With 20 years of use, it is well broken in and I love the thing. Obviously, it keeps the sun off my head but it also has kept my head warmer on cool days and, by soaking the thing in water, has kept my head cool on hot days.Admittedly, I'm a little attached to my original boonie, so I wanted a second one strictly for work use. Aside from color (my old one is faded), the new boonie hat is identical to my old one in almost every way. (I'm unsure of the manufacturer of my original as the text on the label has long since worn away)Unfortunately, the boonie hat I received was not 100% cotton as described, but rather 55%cotton 45% Polyester as indicated by the tag. This gives the hat a rather rough texture that isn't comfortable. For this reason, I will be returning the hat. Although a great price and quick service, I will look to my local military surplus for another boonie hat.

Der Hut ist im Schnitt in Ordnung für den Preis, allerdings ist das Material relativ dünn, eigentlich nur ein Sonnenhut, nicht ideal für kaltes oder regnerisches Wetter
