Ruff and Tuff Self Inflating Travel Dog Bed with Fleece Top, Brown/Tan, 32-Inch by 42-Inch

This is just what I wanted. A tough, portable, comfortable bed for my dog.We got it for use as a camp bed and it fit the ticket!

I got this to use in my dog's crate at dog shows. It's bulky and heavy. Even after you deflate it you can only roll it up and it takes up a good bit of space. And you definitely need to blow up the last bit by mouth...it's just too soft without doing this. What I *do* like about it is that it provides the extra cushioning I wanted for my dog...she's supported within "bottoming out."

Great for skinny dogs with little "padding". Our greyhounds gravitate to them when they are tossed on hard surfaces at meet 'n greets. Well made and the air component is intriguing and adds to the softness of the bed. Easy to transport and wash well with just a rinse from a hose.

We use these travel beds when camping, all around home use, and also use them as crate pads. They support the dog's joints when lounging out on the patio, preventing callouses on the elbows in the larger, short coated breeds. About 3 years ago we purchased at Costco and were delighted to find them again on Amazon. They have lasted over years of daily use and wash great. I have not had any tears in the fabric or the zippers - and the self inflating feature has not failed. We live in the high desert and went back to purchase 2 additional beds in the lighter fleece color as the darker shades heat up in sun when it is above 95 degrees. Also my younger ridgeback doesn't chew on them, like polyfill beds, that in her mind, make great toys. You will not be disappointed and they will last for years!

Our dog recently had surgery to repair a torn ACL, so we needed a low profile yet cushioning surface for him to lie on. This worked perfectly, and when he is allowed on the couch again, we can deflate it, roll it up, and store it. Great quality, would buy again.

These are really nice rolled out, just the right size for the car or a deck. My friend who has six little dogs says they fight over it and she's going to need 5 more. She inherited mine because my huge lab cross was afraid of the little air swooshing sound. He lumbered over to it, got on, jumped away and that was that. The only fault I'd find with it is it's darned hard to roll up and secure unless you can get every bit of air out, and even then, the outside is such a stiff material that it would probably still be difficult. Maybe if the securing straps were longer this would be easier. My friend doesn't care because she uses them flat and will stack to store.

Just love this matt for my Great Dane.. I use it for an outdoor dining "place" area.. When I get it out..he knows something good is going to happen...When we get to the doggy friendly cafe..say "place" he is down on it and stays still the whole time....Thanks for being big enough and soft enough for this gentle giant...
