The lighting is very Dim even on high, the heat works well ! Overall worth the 100.00 compared to other models that are much higher in price . This one will be fine.. thks !

fire place insert
the fire place looks great. but the fan comes on maybe and maybe not. if it does come on it only stays on 15 to 20 seconds. I called 800 number for help and customer service was no help. she asked if I wanted to return item. I said no I want to talk to someone on how this works. she said she could have tech support send me instructions. I have the instructions. so I told her I will just return it.

Junk, do not buy!
Junk!!! Received it, put it together, the remote hardly works, the blower quit working. No troubleshooting info anywhere. Finally got the blower to come back on only to have it shut off within 2 minutes. Contacted company, they sent me a link to the instructions manual I already had. Obviously no info to fix the problem. Told them I was returning, they said they only help with troubleshooting. Requested a return via Amazon BUT have to wait for the seller to approve. WTH???? Junk, do not buy!

Loving our wall fireplace.
We hung the fireplace on our wall in the livingroom. Our livingroom & kitchen floor plan is open and it heats both rooms. The remote is very convenient. Install to mount on our wall only took my husband about 20 minutes! We are very well pleased.
