    Cold hands?  Read this book.

This book is a must-have for anyone suffering from Raynaud's.  It can get fairly technical, so it's not the easiest read for a layperson, but it does describe medical and behavioral mechanisms for dealing with Raynaud's.  If you have Raynaud's I'm sure you are aware of the dearth of clear information available, and this book brought me a lot of hope.

Having read the three reviews on the Amazon site I was hopeful that it would be useful in understanding Raynauds (something I've had for a couple of years now) and perhaps advising me on what I can do to help myself.I'm afraid it didn't help me much.  There were some interesting sections of course, but I've found Googling the subject much more helpful quite honestly.  When this book was printed in 1989 it was probably a good reference book for a medical practitioner.  According to all the stamps in this book it was once in the medical library of Mt. Zion Hospital.  I think they probably got rid of it because of its age.  I assume medical science has moved on a bit since 1989.  Can't recommend buying it.
