The cases are quite nice, and the build quality is pretty good for the price of them. I would maybe use different trays if given a different option but they work just fine for pur applications. Size is accurate to the description and was essy to unpack and get set up.

One of the pins that holds the door to the display broke off. Even though we purchased the product on May 20 we only started using the display case a month ago. We actually only open/close the door once a day as the sample food in there is only for customers to see and replaced with fresh samples each day. I was hoping to contact the manufacturer to see if they could help but could not find the option to do so on Amazon. ** Follow-up: I contacted the vendor directly (google searched them) and they sent me 2 replacement pieces immediately! Great customer service, was easy to replace broken hardware, now case is working great and we have an extra spare.

We really tried to make it work. Bought it one time from Wayfair. Arrived completely shattered. Second attempt with Amazon. Only one broken panel this time. Third time's the charm? Arrived intact. Looks nice. Then bam, the tray literally exploded into pieces in our hands while we were wiping it down (got it on video...). Needless to say. Piece of junk and $300 down the drain.

Display case is the perfect size - just what we were looking for. It looks great and the case itself is very sturdy. The doors a bit jenky to open & close. The biggest issue I have is the doors are not sealed and there are gaps that allow in air & flies. We are now having to wrap all of our pastries to keep them safe from gnats & flies. ***Tried to upload picture and it won't accept the jpeg

This has been perfect for my set up. I have started a school Cafe program with my CTE classes. They cook and prepare food items and coffee to sell. This case has worked wonderfully for our needs. Unfortunately I had a student who is not in the class press down extremely hard on the glass door while trying to close it and shattered the door! He wasn't aware that you had to pull it out before it went down. If anyone from the seller department sees this can I order just a replacement door?? It would be awesome! Thanks!

We bought this display case in 2022. It is a perfect size for what we needed and it suits our decor and theme of our little neighbourhood Mediterranean café. No regrets BUT this morning my Barista messaged me that the glass door was shattered when he came in this morning. Perplexed because they were no signs of a break in I reviewed the security cameras and saw the attached clip. Can someone explain this to me? How can I get a replacement?
