I did ALL the yard work around my home for 11 years. To protect my skin, I wore long pants and long-sleeved shirts. My head was covered with a floppy wide-brimmed white hat and my face and neck were always covered with Blue Lizard. I recently sold that house with the garden but I still use Blue Lizard whenever I'll be in the sun. Never leave home without it, especially on your face! This review was written by a senior woman who didn't follow this advice when she was growing up and is now paying the price.

Needed reef safe sunscreen for a cruise. Wanted something 3 ounces and under for a carry on. Also didn't want to look like a white ghost. This one checked all three boxes. Although expensive, Iam glad I had it.

The blue lizard sunscreen is impressive quality however it may still not be for everyone with ezcema. I have three kids, one with severe ezcema that will flare up with certain personal care products and laundry detergents and two that have very rare/mild cases of ezcema to personal care products. Unfortunately for my oldest she still cannot use this product as it will make her break out (only sunscreen that works is Neutrogena Zinc for Babies - the pink one - not even Neutrogena for kids works for her). The other two kids can use this blue lizard product (as can I) and it spreads easier than what my oldest has to use so for that I give it 5 stars.

I’ve been using it for the past few days and it has worked like it should. White cast will appear at first but if you keep rubbing it into your face, it’ll disappear —leaving a shear, moisturizing layer on skin. Would recommend using this if you want natural ingredients.

Best sunblock I ever used. Went to lake past Friday the 25th of April perfect weather did a little kayaking and put this on I forgot to put it on my shoulder so I got a little cooked but everywhere else I put it on it did its job well and I love the fact that it's natural ingredients and it's Earth friendly. Highly recommend blue lizard!!

I was looking for something that would work for both UVA & UVB rays and this is it. I have one brightly colored full tattoo sleeve and one sleeve that's half way done and I was looking for something to save my color when I go to the tanning bed as well as when I'm in the sun. I put this item on about 15 minutes before heading to the tanning salon. It didn't seem to initially give a white tint and was a little greasy but nothing too bad. After tanning (with no burn) I came home and waited about two hours before showering. I didn't notice until I got out of the shower that the color in my sleeve was looking dull and almost had a white tint to it. This sunscreen is definitely waterproof (even with me using a great moisturizing soap and loofah). The cost for the size is less than what I paid for a smaller sized bottle of Supergoop. And while I liked the other product I just wasn't sure that I was receiving the protection on my ink. I now know I can depend on Blue Lizard.Comes in a nice sealed squeeze tube (remove the top and remove the silver secured sticker).

Works really well! I use this product when I’m out in the sun for long periods. It applies easily & is pretty sheer compared to the Vani Cream 50 SPF I’ve used. It didn’t cause a flare up on my sensitive skin either. Highly recommend this product.
