great quality equipment, it’s an amazing bicycle
Love this devise for everyday exercising in the comfort of your own home, especially when you’re a disabled person. Thank you for making such a good quality machine!!!

Overpriced for what it provides
The mechanical actions are fine, but for the price I expected much more from the interface. No memory, no interesting graphics to motivate you, or interactivity at all. No app to track progress. I’m honestly pretty disappointed. If bare bones is what you want, then by all means buy this equipment as nothing else exists in this class, but know what you’re getting for the price.

We had to return this and were out almost $1000
The machine didn't work at all well for us. It kept sticking at the top of the rotation of the pedals and none of us (not even the non-disabled) could get it to turn well. The company said there was nothing wrong it. They let us return it with no restocking charge but we had to pay for shipping in both directions. I do not recommend this product.

Perfect set-up for exercising partial paralyzed patient
After 2 years and several exercise machines to help restore stroke damage, after 3 weeks I love this machine for my wife. I am doing her physical therapy. Past machines were unable to be tuned to gently and slowly move the arms or legs without excessive force, which on previous machines scared her several times. This Omni Trainer can turn as slowly as 1 RPM (rotation per minute). Very useful for Neuroplasticity training and rehab. After 2 weeks, she has worked up to 11 RPM on the legs, and 18 RPMs on the arms. She has Bi-plegic paralysis on the right side. It is a miracle she can use it, and she wants to use it several times per day. A very high quality trainer. Even the outside bearings tolerances are made with high precision. Total American quality. Love this thing, and after $6k price direct from HCI, it is well worth it!!! Love it!
