Remanufactured DR110CL Drum Unit for Brother HL 4040CDN, 4040CDW, 4070CWD, MFC 9440CN, 9450CDN, 9840CDW Printers

I ordered this product this spring when my printer started warning me about low remaining drum life. I decided to wait (big mistake) to install this item since my printer was still printing fine and I figured I could squeeze some more life out of my old drum before replacing it. So I finally broke down and did it, and got the "EL" (mechanical error) on the printers display, and it would not print. With my old unit back in, no problems. One of the drum cleaners has loose cleaning felt on it, so it's obvious the manufacturing quality isn't good on this product. An hour of research on the web yielded no results, so I turned to the seller to replace my defective product. Mistake #2. I was beyond the 90 day window and Ink Club's version of customer service is rigid enforcement of return policy instead of helping someone who relied on them to deliver a working product. They gave me a series of canned instructions to try to get the printer to "recognize" this item, which took lots of time and didn't work. I have now spent $70 and several hours of time for a product which will not print a single page, and I can only hope this review costs them more money in business than they saved by not being more helpful. DON'T BUY THIS, and DON'T BUY FROM INK CLUB!!!!!!!!.

Yes its works well, every now and then there's a problem. We might need to replace another piece.
