This "compatible" product works great. Less expensive than the O.M. and works just fine. Don't forget to reset your counter. Delivery seemed a little slow but I don't know how others perform.

Came used and dirty
When I opened the item it was dirty with black ink on the outside. When I printed a document with it half the page was missing. This was a used item eventhough the add says it's new. I have requested a return and I have not heard back from anyone. I put the my original one in and it prints better than this supposive new one that arrived.

Definitely not NEW
Same as fellow review; drum was definitely used, with toner all over the outside. Pieces are bent/damaged. Nowhere in the description does it lead one to believe that the unit is refurbished. Extremely disappointing. Seeking return.
