adequate but a real pain in the you know what to use. Cans have a tendency to stand upright when you drop them in, The directions say to use the included screws to mount to the wall, if you do don't use the center hole on the bottom because the screw will prevent the can from dropping into the bag. also the cans lift up when crushing the bottom one and have a tendency jam upright in the holder. There are just to many issues that you will have to overcome with this thing. for one thing I had to put a tapered wedge in the cage on the handle side of the cans to make the cans slide down in the chute so that they would not try to stand upright.

I would like it better if the handle had some sort of retention that would hold it in the upright position. I have a tight space that makes it difficult to walk around the crusher. Even more so when the handle flops down and extends from the wall even more.. Performs well though! does not take a lot of pressure. I was a little worried about the plastic handle, but after seeing it, it is not an issue.

Comes disassembled with no assembly instructions. Parts critical to it's operation were missing. (snap ring that secures the pivot pin that connects the arm to the plunger) Some plastic components, we'll see if it stands the test of time.It does crush the larger 16 oz cans as well as taller cans which is why I bought it..

Thought it would have been stronger the way it was made . And it is supposed to crush more than one can . It does not . My husband walks five miles every day and as he walks he picks up trash and cans . Just to help our neighborhood stay clean. And I wanted to make it easy for him to mash the cans . But ....... he still uses his big hammer.

UPDATE... UPDATE - THIS THING IS JUNK, second use crushing cans the block broke and folded over and jammed into the sleeve where the cans fall.........................................DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNIT .... I got mine on time and it looked OK.. all the little parts were rattling around in the box ??? NO INSTRUCTIONS ... but you do not have to be a genius to get it put together. HOWEVER there is a "c" clip that was missing and I had to replace it with a bolt and double nut (sucks) it appears to be sturdy enough and will do what it is intended for. ... wish it would do larger cans as well but ...

Decent for the price, no instructions but the mechanism can only go together one way. I found that the basket in the Amazon picture is installed backwards. It helps to slide basket forward or back depending on the size of the can too.

It was a little challenging to assemble cage. It does not come fully assembled., not impossible. to stack more than 3 cans does not work. I would like them to crush smaller, but over all it will crush

Works good. Wish it had a way to keep the handle upright. If left upright it will fall down and can hit you if you are standing near it.
