Leanlix Cheese Treat, 5 X 1.25"

This is the second time I've purchased this treat. It is a fun way to reward your dog while training. I personally use it to help motivate my dog to sit on the couch while watching television. Usually she just wants to go to her dog bed, but after using this treat she is much more motivated to cuddle on the couch.My dog is actually obsessed with this flavor, she will constantly sit by the couch when I'm getting ready to watch television in anticipation of getting her leanlix. Seeing this behavior, I think this product could be helpful for training dogs with anxiety and/or trust issues.This treat lasts us about 1 to 2 weeks with once a day use. As a tip, I suggest not pushing the treat out of the stick more than a tiny amount. I found this allows my pup to lick the treat, but not bite off any big chunks.

My dog and I are in training. He is a service dog and we are in the phase where we learn to work together. I thought this would be a great idea (in fact one of his trainers mentioned it) because he gets a ton of treats during the day. It seemed like a good way to help keep his weight in check and an answer to my not wanting to always strap on his treat bag. Great idea. However, 1) it does get messy, 2) It's hard to treat and walk (at least for me), and most importantly, 3) my dog tires of it after about 3 uses. Perhaps it's just the flavor, but he's not a fan.

I got the Grace D-luxe flavor. Smells very strong like bacon and my dog LOVES it. The problem that I have now is that if this is around my neck or in my hand, I literally trip over my dog every step I take because she will not leave my side! It is also great for my 5 year daughter to give to the dog. My pup is only 5 months and she is still sometimes too aggressive when taking a treat from my daughter. This is perfect because it is big enough for my daughter to hold firmly and the dog doesn't snap at her hands. Now that my daughter can comfortably give a treat to the dog, training is going much better since the dog is now respecting my daughter and actually listening to her. Perfect!

Our manchester terrier loved this and it was a great tool for when going to training classes instead of having to carry lots of small treats. He tends to want to try to scrape it with his teeth instead of lick it, but it hasnt been a problem if we dont roll it up too high.Also love that I can recognize all ingredients instead of the licky sticks that have tons that I cant even pronounce.

It's ok as a substitute while waiting for what I usually use to get in. The problems are the substance comes out in chunks. It's not an easy lick for the dog. The neck strap is nice, though.

My dog liked the "newness" of the treat, but by the 2nd day, would have nothing to do with the treat.

This is clunky and just not conducive for training. It's also not stinky enough to draw the dog's attention. I like the overall concept but it just isn't a successful product. I'll stay with Lickety Stik for the stink factor.

I LOVE these treats! I am a trainer so to have a universal treat that lasts so long and is great for all clients of all sizes is awsome! I dont feel guilty treating my over weight pups either!
