Bombshell is an awesome rub that can be used by itself on anything from Pork tenderloins, to Chicken, to a thick cut New York Strip! But it's also a great base rub to start off layer of flavors for your competition meats! This is a great all purpose and base rub for any cut of meat, and arguably the best Steak Rub on the Market! I used to call this my "Brisket Primer" because of the great compliments this it gives to beef. With that said, what it does to pork chops is phenomenal! It is a perfect blend of Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Onion, Garlic, and other items to continually enhance any meat that it encounters. Bombshell was designed to give you some traditional flavors, but enhance the natural flavor in the meat! Why the "Bomber Girl"... The Bomber Girl artwork was designed after WWII Fighter and Bomber planes. The nose art was originally established to help easily identify planes. However, the art changed to the infamous "pin up girl" and allowed the pilots and crew express indivuality on their planes. The artwork also helped boost morales of the troops and to bring back memories of home. Being able to relate to those memories gave a sense of protection during the stresses of war. We wanted to be able to have our own "nose art," and be able to show our appreciation for those who fight, have fought, and those who have fallen.
