Works Perfect and easy to install. Save $$$$ on a service call.
This is for the Fascoh 48K98 Lennox BCC3 board. I bought this from Amazon in November 2017 and have had it for little over a year. My unit is a 20 year old Lennox G23/C23 furnace/ac. This board replaced the original that got fried and has worked perfect with no issues. It is easy to install. Make sure you shut the power to the unit off and take pictures of the original board's connections. You can save several hundred dollars in a service call.It took a few days for me to figure out it was the board that got fried. My furnace would turn on and after a short time it would shut down. Initially I thought it was the limit control which I replaced but did not solve the problem. Then I noticed the fan was not turning on after the burners which caused the unit to shut down. So what I did was turn the fan on manually a few seconds after the burners. When the fan was running the furnace operated normally till it hit the set temperature. I had checked the board and it looked fine. Somehow the signal was not being sent to the fan to turn on. I then decided to take the board out and look at the back. That is when I saw a black mark behind the spot where the fan wire is inserted. After I swapped the board the system got back to normal. So check the front and back of your board for any unusual signs.

Perfect replacement for a BCC2 board for Lennox furnace!
Our BCC2 in our 25 year old Lennox furnace was acting up. Furnace wasn't kicking on without us tapping the connectors. I did some research and found this part replaced the old BCC2 board in our furnace. I'm not a repair guy but decided to try to swap the boards. This part was half the price of a local dealer. It arrived 2 days early.Swapping the boards was a simple wire for wire swap. We followed the old board and easily unhooked wires from one to the other. It took about half an hour to swap. When we powered up the furnace, it's worked perfect! We have full heat again! This was a lifesaver! We saved money, we got the part fast (it's winter in Michigan, we need heat!!), and it works! Easy to install, works great, saved us money!

Works great on a Whisper Heat G20
I bought this for a Whisper Heat by Lennox G20R03E-75-5 furnace and it worked perfectly. All the connections except one were identical to the old blower control which was a BCC2-4. The one terminal that was different was the 24v terminal, and the only thing different about it was the spade was a little narrower. A new wire with connector is provided with the blower control, and that just needed to be spliced on to the two wires that were going to 24v on the old controller. It's all in the instructions. If you are replacing a newer controller you probably won't have this issue. Mine was 22 years old. There are white plastic clips that hold the controller to the furnace wall. I had to cut the old ones off with wire cutters and pull them off with needle nose pliers to get the old controller off the wall. The new controller comes with clips already installed, so they just need to be pressed into the same holes in the furnace wall where the old ones were.We had been having issues for the past year with the furnace having a lot of difficulty getting the blower started. It would start, stop, start, stop, over and over again, each time running a little longer, until it would finally stay running. But this fall it wouldn't start the blower at all. The relay in the blower control would just click repeatedly. After reading up on it and testing a couple of the terminals on the old controller it was confirmed that was the problem. It sure is nice to have this thing starting up normally again.

New OEM part??
Advertised as new at the time of purchase, this part showed signs of wear on the terminals, and scratches on the board. I suspect it was refurbished at best. It now has a relay sticking closed, causing the blower motor to constantly run.As for service, fast delivery without extra fees. Very happy with delivery.

Full Functionality Restored
I have an older Lenox furnace, a G26 series. When the thermostat was set to heat and the fan was set to auto the furnace would not run for more than 60 seconds. If I set the fan to on we would get heat but the fan ran continuously. After some research it looked like this was a common problem and the resolution was to replace the BCB (blower control board). Amazon had this product at a good price with a lot of reviews saying that shipping was fast. They were right. The part came in the mail very quickly and did resolve my problem. The board was well packed and padded, the instructions were very clear and it even comes with a jumper for older units than mine. This was my first furnace project and it took a little over an hour to complete the swap going very slowly. If I had to do it again, I bet I could do it in half the time. There was no option for me to call a repairman as this is in a remote location that I go to on the weekends but I can imagine that having someone else diagnose and repair this problem would cost several hundreds of dollars. I would absolutely purchase this product again and recommend it to anyone with the same problem.

They stand by their product
The board arrived quickly, was well packed, and the instructions made it easy to install. Unfortunately, it was defective and my furnace wasn't lighting. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.I contacted the vendor and they provided simple instructions for the return. I received a refund 2-3 weeks after sending it back.I ended up not reordering because when I removed the defective board I found a bad solder joint that was the cause of the original problem. In the future I would not hesitate to order another board from this vendor again.
