I really like the look and quality of this coat but the sizing is way off. I ordered a small for my female whippet who has a 15 inch waist, which is what it should be for her back length of 18 inches (healthy standard is 3 inches shorter than back length). The length is good but the waist strap is about 2 inches too short as you can see from the photo. Not only does the extra black Velcro take away from the overall appearance but there is exposed Velcro that rubs against her belly underneath because of the misalignment. I'd like to order the Navy blue for my male whippet. Can you modify the strap to accommodate normal waist sizes and display the sizes along with length in the size chart?

My whippet almost always has a sweater. She shivers and acts pathetic even at 70F. She gets excited and actually helps me put them on her once shes stopped excitedly jumping from the sight of it.But this is her favorite. Never in five years has she ever whined and bemoaned for a sweater until this one- after getting her this, she's not happy until she's wearing it.My biggest surprise when I got this was how thick it actually is. Its like she's wearing a personal blanket all day long. Unless she's going outside or on a walk, I keep the strap looser, so the band isn't tight on her belly. My only complaint is that the back slips to the side when its loose and it drives me nuts fixing it for her.

This fits my whippet perfectly (after I measured to ensure I ordered the right size). The reflective bar also is extremely helpful for alerting traffic that pedestrians and a dog are present. For the price and the speed of delivery, this is a great buy! The only thing I would change is to make it a bit warmer. Our Florida dog still was shivering in temperatures in the 30s and 40s on a recent trip.

I got the XL for my female greyhound ( she has a 21” back ) and it fits as it should. I really like the quality of this item base on the price. My advise, go 2 sizes up when ordering!The size chart is incorrect and that’s why I give only 4 stars. I had to request a refund on a Size M (base on the chart) and reorder an XL, because The measures in the chart are wrong. The only down side is that is not waterproof or it would be the perfect coat!They did delivered super fast. I liked that !

Nice navy blue color with silver reflectors. Fits him well, cozy soft material, and belly strap doesn't get in the way of him going potty. Only issue is that the seams around the neckline of the snood collar and the leash opening tore during the very first use, literally 20 minutes after we opened the package. He got frightened by a stick being stepped on and jumped a mile, which was enough to rip the seams.

These coats were perfect for my retired/rescued greyhounds. It is often hard to find clothing that meets their large sizes. My greyhounds weigh 70 to 75 lbs each. In Florida when it starts to get a little cool these coats are very handy. The greyhounds get so many compliments from people on how cute they look in their coats. The coats are big enough to cover them and keep them warm. I love the turtleneck. I can fold down or leave up to cover there ears. Coats are very easy to put on and take off. This was a great purchase.

Love the coat - nice weight, soft, looks great on my Greyhound but it covers his male parts because the velcro band is in the wrong place!!! First time out he peed on it! I want a refund but since our 1st trial resulted in Tyler peeing on it, I don't think I will get one - but I am going to try! The coat is worthless and useless to us since the band runs across his male parts and could hurt him/cause permanent damage!!!

I rarely leave a review but had to here. This fleecey sighthound coat is superb. Really thick and snug with a lovely warm snood to keep the wind out. The reflective strip is an added bonus. And all for £19.99! Ordering again so my boy has a choice of colours. #spoilt

The red one is pinker in daylight than it looks onscreen (red one shown in pictures). I had to cut and hem a hole in the back so we could use her harness with it but overall it's good quality fleece, double thickness. The reflective stripes are barely noticeable in the day but a good way to spot her in the garden at night. Have bought two already, just wish there were more colour options

A little snug going over the head/collar but once on its super comfy. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a cold sight hound. When it’s really cold out Lurcher wears it underneath his coat that looks like it should be on a horse.

Beautiful coat and colour. I love the neck piece which folds back and keeps my Lurcher nice and warm. Looks very smart on and is a great price. Next day delivery too. I’d happily recommend buying from this seller.

This is the 2nd coat I have bought after my dog grew out of his first one. Its a really lovely, good quality fleece and I love the red colour.My Whippet doesn't like putting his legs into jumpers or anything so this is perfect just going over the head and fastening around the belly. Its very snuggly for him when it's cold and wet.Would recommend washing straight away so water is absorbed.
