I'm happy with the flavor but it does get a little chalky, gritty at the bottom of my morning coffee so I find pills or liquids are easier to get all the mushroom goodness down. Overall mental/physical results take time to build in the body. I didn't notice any significant improvements but I certainly haven't had any negative side effects either. Everyone should add mushrooms to their diet in my opinion so go ahead & try some! (FYI: I didn't get my free bottle for doing the review either)

Just got it today! Very hoped it will help my slight memory stumbles and my sons lack of focus. It smells sweet and earthy but not like dirt. Mixed it easily in a chocolate shake for 3 Kids ages 7-11 and they liked the flavor. Looking forward to long termUse and results. Also really want to use in coffee! I have a milk frothier so I’m thinking of mixed into the cream it will blend easily!

Love, love, love this product. I add a scoop to my protein and my coffee. I have felt a difference in my natural energy level and have less headaches per week. I have complex migraines and since using this product I have had less migraines and symptoms since starting this product.

I have tried several different mushroom powders and this one is not one of my favorites. It has a heavy taste and texture. It takes a lot more effort to mix and it settles to the bottom of the cup quickly. The last swallows of coffee are gritty and unpleasant. I am giving the remainder to my pups because the mushrooms are great for them and they think it is great.

Rise is a fun product to have in the arsenal. The taste is fine. More than fine. Kind of like cinnamon. I have been adding it to my coffee and I feel good about it. Now, that’s tough because caffeine is already having an effect on the body when consumed, so simultaneously taking Rise may make it hard to identify what Rise may be doing. I like having it. Also, I gave 2 stars for swallow because it has difficulty blending in drinks. It sits at the bottom most of the time with hot coffee and mixability with cold drinks is non existence.

I really enjoyed this product. I have been researching and testing a lot of adaptogenic mushrooms and this is one of the better products. Get 5 of the major mushrooms in efficacious dosages for a good price. I feel that it helps with mental clarity, concentration, and anxiety. My mom does as well. I mix it into my coffee or smoothies and it’s hardly noticeable. Good product, recommend

I love the flavor, the ingredients are very simple, clean and few. I don't eat enough mushrooms in a day to get the benefits they offer. This is the perfect simple addition to my morning routine, it's not another vitamin pill, I just add it to my coffee. With all the virus concern that is going around I find this to be an excellent way to help boost my immune system and reap the many health benefits of 4 different kinds of mushrooms and ceylon cinnamon! Love the product!!!!!

I bought this to replace mushroom vitamins I used to take and couldn't find anymore. I love that it's simple ingredients and contains carob instead of chocolate! Everything seems to have chocolate in it anymore and I have a chocolate sensitivity and am trying to replace it with carob items. I really enjoy the flavor as well, but find the texture of it gritty no matter what beverage I add it to, even smoothies made in a NutriBullet.
