Anxiety and Shyness Explored
I wanted to give this little gem a 5-star rating but held back due to its shortness. For me the book was so helpful I guess I just didn't want it to end so soon. It touches on social anxiety and shyness in general terms and offers some sound advice on dealing with such issues and in this respect, it succeeds admirably and much insightful advice is shared. To be honest, if the author wrote a more in-depth book on the same subject I'd definitely check it out. I recommend anyone afflicted or knows someone who suffers from such anxieties to read this short but ever so helpful little book. You won't regret it.

Quite good
I only just finished it. Its a short read so it does not take long to get through. It does not go on an on about stuff which i thought was quite good.I have social anxiety for about 4 years now but using some of the tips in this book really helped.

I prefer this book for all...
In the first section of this book, we will look at the psychology of how they are different and where they come from. You have probably read other books and visited websites to find help for your shyness, and maybe you have asked professionals for insight. Social anxiety is the fear of being judged negatively by others, while shyness is a feeling of being awkward or tense around others. Well, read time spending and thanks for the Creator. Recommended!

Nice book
I felt the book a little bit basic about the facts, however it's a good start for people whom begin to know themselves about these conditions.

SHORT
There weren't very many clear pointers but if you dig a little bit , there are a few. It was a pleasant, positive way to spend 15 minutes

A good baseline.
I've been shy and I've had anxiety, and I know dealing with both is different for everyone. The basics covered in this book are a good foundation to begin dealing with shyness and anxiety.

Fast read
I order to get a little help on understanding social anxiety better. I felt like the Author writing about the difference between shyness and social anxiety had nothing to do with one another. Most paragraphs had the same information as the last.
