It's okay
For reference purposes I am 5'8" and 150lbs. I typically wear a size 4-6 and I ordered the size small here.Given that I've had multiple children, my stomach is a little worse for wear. I wanted something that would give me a smoother silhouette and yet be comfortable enough to wear every day. I've been wearing these for a week now and I'm sort of...meh over it.Pros -It does tame the muffin top.It keeps a jiggly belly from being quite so jiggly. You will look better with one than without it.Cons -Despite the description, it rolls. I find myself wanting to adjust it throughout the day rather than just being able to forget it's there.Sometimes it has rolled up before I realized it. This is bad when I'm wearing a thong. All in all, for $22 it's not bad but I expected a little more. It's a cheap, temporary solution but I plan on trying other products hoping to find one that better suits my needs. The search continues.

I didn't notice any major difference.
I didn't notice any major difference, other than minor smoothing. I'm unsure how some reviewers mention that they were able to fit into tighter clothes, because that isn't the case for me. While I haven't worn them other than to try them on I feel that they might ride up or roll up on the bottom depending on what you wear over them. I used the Amazon measuring guide and actually went down a size thinking they'd be snugger, but they don't feel snug at all. They fit decently, but just sit on my skin don't really do much otherwise. I gave them a 3 instead of a 2 because I may still wear them in situations where I will be squatting or bending over a lot so when my shirt comes up I'm not showing off my underwear. (I'm a photographer so that happens a lot.) I do not think I will be wearing them for their intended purpose though as I they don't accomplish much for me.

eh, you get what you pay for
so, if all you want is to keep from flashing your crack, this might work for you. it is a bit too thin to really provide serious control. the product claims it will not roll up, but i imagine that is only if you are actually thin enough not to need it. i wear pants that fit so i do not have muffin tops, but i can't see how this would really get rid of their appearance. again, if all you want is a way to keep your g-string from showing or your butt crack hanging out, this should work fine.

Doesn't do much...
I ordered this in the size recommended for my measurements and it doesn't do much. It does stay in place pretty well compared to similar products, but it doesn't really hold anything in. It's not tight enough to. I wore it around when I got it for several hours because I forgot I was wearing it... If you have loose skin, this might smooth it out for you, but for more solid imperfections - like muffin top, it doesn't help- at least for me.

If you're wondering which size to buy...
The band works just as described. I just had a baby a few months ago and have some extra jiggle, it smooths everything out and stays in place. I still have a little bit of muffin top with it but not as bad and I can easily cover that with the right top. I could not find size info when I ordered, so I'll add what comes on the package... XS:0-2, S:4-6, M: 8-10, L:12-14, XL:16-18. I bought the Large on a guess and it was correct for me. I'm 5'7" and in between 10 and 12. But right now (post-baby) I'm closer to 12 and some of my jeans were a tight fit this even helped to get them to zip easier. The only issue I noticed is if I don't have it positioned right it will roll up. I don't think there's a perfect spot for everyone I think it just depends on your curves so it may take a little practice to get it right. If it rolls up no matter what you, do you might have the wrong size.

Does not do much
I only tried it on, but could already tell that it would not do much for helping with love handles, muffin top etc. It also was not long enough, as I expected it to go higher on the body and not just the top of the belly button. Being I wanted to return it, I wasn't able to wear it and see if I had any trouble with it rolling up or down on me. Mine may have just been too large, but it just did not seem tight enough to make any difference in holding things in. I returned it to purchase a shapewear cami instead.

muffin top savior and diet helper~!
If your jean fits too snuggly around middle for you, this is the product you can just slip on and your jean will slide in w/o a struggle. I'll say about 1 inch from your belly will shrink in. The surface of this product is very smooth and it's comfortable enough to wear to go out for a nice dinner. I have some shape wears for the same purpose, but they're too uncomfortable to go out for a dinner and enjoy delicious foods for a length of time. This product is very comfortable enough to wear for daily activities and still does its purpose. I also found that by wearing this, I actually eat a little less and it helps me to control my portion. I just really, really love it!/ For a size guide, I want to share it with you that I'm 5'3" and 140lbs, waist 30". . I bought LARGE and it fits me perfectly. No part rolls up or down and stays on the middle section whole day even I bend over and do any activity. Enjoy the slimmer look!

Too loose on waist, too tight on hips
I had high hopes for this, but I'm now thinking that this product is better suited for people who have an "apple" shape, rather than a "pear" shape. I have a small waist, but am large through the hips, and I always wear an 8 or 10, depending on the manufacturer. I ordered the medium, and I find that it gaps around my waist. I wouldn't want it any tighter on hips, so I don't think ordering a smaller size is going to work. This is probably for women who are carrying a little extra in the tummy, rather than those who have the extra in the hips.
