BEST PURCHASE OF MY LIFE.
At the time, it was $24 and it was the best $24 I ever spent. With the price raised to $34, I'd still pay that. Pretty much all of my friends and family made fun of me at first for spending that on a hoodie neck pillow but it is SO worth it. I travel a lot and it never fails. I even leave it in my car for people to use when I drive. The memory foam makes all the difference. It's comfortable. It's warm. It's soft. I've taken it on so many road trips and plane rides and my neck never cramps up. I've even slept with this in my bed; it is THAT comfortable. The memory foam is firm enough that your neck and head doesn't slouch to the side but soft enough that you can fall asleep easily without feeling uncomfortable. This item was the best purchase of my entire 22 year life. Happy, happy costumer.

Hoodie Pillow Not Comfortable
I purchased this for an upcoming trip to Europe but thought I would try at home first. In my opinion, It's not comfortable. I won't be taking this on my trip.

BEST PURCHASE I'VE MADE IN A WHILE
I could not be more pleased with this project. First of all, I'm a huge SharkTank fan, which is how I discovered this product in the first place. Second, I had awful back pain from an ultra marathon and ended up requiring spine surgery -- THIS PRODUCT WAS A LIFE SAVER!! It made my life so much easier and significantly more comfortable while on bed rest and after surgery. I was seriously so grateful for this product during my recovery. I bought one for my sister who travels a lot, and she loves it too!!!DEFINITELY get the memory foam version - I know the other colors offered in the inflatable are tempting (I really wanted a fun color too!), but the memory foam is definitely the way to go. I got the grey and love it. Everyone who visited me in the hospital wanted one too after seeing/ feeling it!!
