This stool is well made, and very easy to put the wheels on right out of the box which was the only assembly required and came with the bolts, nuts, washers, and wrenches to complete. The wheels are large and made of a softer compound like an inline skate so they roll very easily over uneven surfaces. Two of the wheels on one side have a brake to help keep the stool from rolling if needed. There is a small removable plastic shelf under the seat on each side which work fine I’m sure but not something you would most likely put tools in long term.
