**Q: What are the un-stretched and fully-stretched lengths of the band?**
A: Hello- The un-stretched length is about 40 inches long. I really couldn’t tell you the fully-stretched length. It works well for the resisted hip hinge exercises.  I haven’t used it to do pull ups, but I have a feeling that’s the primary exercise that you can do with this band. I’m a female 5” 3 125lbs and I’m just giving my sincerely opinion. I’m sure a review coming from a male would be a lot different.  I also ordered the “WODFitters Stretch Resistance Band (Red One)” and I love that one. It has the perfect resistance for me. I can work my whole body with it, even squats, and you get a hell of a workout with it. Hope this helps🙂

**Q: I need to know which band is medium, because what i need to order?**
A: Hi there the green band is like 25 lbs,I personally wished i had bought the blue or black.....they just seemed to be a stronger band..the green one works for light works outs for now..

A: It depends on how frequency you use, and don't exposure to sunlight for long time. 
our limit test standard request,  when extend it for 2.5 times longer,continuously extend for 8000times, no damage. so never worry about daily use. We guarantee these bands is more durable and softer than others.
