Solid Headset
I received mine August 27th (2015) a few days after their initial release and have been using them at work. (I'm a junior programmer so my environment is almost always silent, except for the occasional voice call I have to join in.) Now with my settings for my review out of the way let me just tell you that I am not the most experienced headset reviewer, but I shall give it my best.Unboxing and First Impressions:When I received my package it arrived in a white box with nothing but the Feenix logo on the top and a MADE IN TAIWAN sticker on the side. This box was not factory sealed. After a quick email to Feenix worrying that something was off, they assured me that it was the real deal as it was the first release and that they had the serial stored in there database. They also stated that they had not thought of sealing the box this since they do not sell outside there store (and now amazon). The cans themselves were cradled in foam that was molded to the match the headset. Underneath their was a VERY CHEAP USB audio dongle that I presume is for people that use laptops that do not have both audio and mic. Next was the mic, It had in insanely long cable 8ft+ cord that was not braided and the mic end is made of metal. No branding was on the mic either which was a little weird to me. Now the Cable for the headset, It was packaged in a clear plastic box that had the words "Audiophile Cable" spanning the side in gold lettering. (LOL) The cable itself is 6ft+ with cloth braiding that Y's into left and right channels that are also cloth braided. It came with a 1/4" to 3.5mm adapter screwed onto one end. All the connection points are Gold Plated. If it wasn't for the package it came in I would have believed it was a fancy cable. Lastly, in the box they included a card that had there support email on it if I had any questions. (According to the support person I talked to they stopped giving out personal assistants because they were having a hard time keeping employees, so customers were getting shafted with support. They have now switched to just a generic email for all customers. Nice to hear they are at least concerned about there customers experiences)Headset Build Quality:The headset has pretty solid build construction. It sports a metal band along the top with memory foam padding and has those beautiful wood ear cups that are padded with memory cushions as well. At the bottom of the of the cups are where the detachable cables plug in, they have a very solid click and hold when the cable is attached and have not shown any signs of loosening over the 2 week period I've been transporting them. The One thing I do not like about the build quality of the headset is the way they connected the bottom and top halves together. They used a black plastic for not only connecting the two half's together but as well as the mechanism inside for the head adjustments. To me that felt a little cheap, but not so much that It cracks or pops every time I put them on.Comfort:Oh man are they comfortable! Like I stated above, I work as a junior programmer. I wear these things almost a full 8 hrs every workday. The memory foam ear cups are amazing and the top pad really supports the weight without feeling like you have a band of metal on your head. Now they are a little heavy thanks to the metal usage, but the padding really does wonders for that and the head pressure is just right as I would usually get headaches from other cheaper products. Hands down the most comfortable over the ear headphones I've tried. (Which is not a ton...)Audio Quality:For the few weeks I've had the Aria's they have been pleasant to listen to. The Bass is not overpowering like other "gaming" branded headsets, and the Mids actually exist. They definitely get loud enough running off a desktops Audio Out, but with my Schiit Stack it will get very uncomfortable / unsafe at max volume. I use Tidal when listening to music at work and It has been very enjoyable, I can say that switching to these from my previous...walmart special...I could hear loads more detail. Classical, Rock, Dance It all had a new feel and tone to it. So for me these were a HUGE step up, but as I've stated before I don't really have a ton to gauge off of.On a side note of Audio Quality I figured I would mention Noise Isolation. These things freaking rock at that. I can listen to ACDC at full blast and no one can hear a thing. I took them off once while listening at such levels and It took one of my coworkers by surprise since he sits 4 ft from me. (and mind you my work environment is very quiet) So if for whatever reason that is a factor for you, these are an amazing choice. Conclusion:The Aria's are very beautiful headphones, you will most likely have to show them off to everyone at your work as they walk by. The comfort levels are another world to me and can easily be worn all day if you so desired. Build quality is defiantly on the higher end of the spectrum with the only gripe being that they used some plastic for the head adjustment mechanism. Audio Quality is pretty great compared to the crap that I had been using and does not seem to have the same flaws as other "Gaming" Headphones, plus Noise Isolation is Top Notch.

Don't be fooled by the fancy words Feenix gives you.
I have used these headphones for about a year now, so i feel like i have a great understanding of the device. The device is marketed as a high-quality gaming/audiophile type headset in which you would only need to buy this once in order to have the best sounding music/in game noise and durability. I can safely say that after a year of careful handling that this device is both not well made, not durable and at the very peak had above average sound quality.First off: The build. The headphone is made from some parts metal, some parts wood and some parts fake leather. at first i was really impressed with the quality of the material in which the device was crafted from. it seemed to meshed together. After about a year though the device starts to break down. The leather starts to peel and the top of the headband is actually held in place by glue. the actual ear mounts are not measured correctly and one of them is actually higher than the other. I had to order a replacement device because the previous device i had was starting to pinch my hair. The replacement device was only marginally better. The audio jack is made of this braided thread that is supposed to increase it's durability. While the wire is not entirely terrible, the ends of the wires are shoddily made. the plastic is starting to break off, and i have not even touched it besides when i was placing the wires into the headphones. The metal around the headset is actually very thin, and even if the main point of the thin metal is to reduce the wait. The use of the metal on the headphones make it a bit more flimsy than one would expect, and the headset is very poorly designed in that the device is not weight balanced.Next the sound quality:The quality of the sound was what i once believed to be a very high one, however; after using other headsets i have found out that for the price one would pay for this headset you are not buying any superb quality headset, you are only purchasing a name.Feenix used to be a very high quality brand when they first came out. They had a really cool design and practice in which they would take their time making new devices such as the Nascita, The Nacscita was a very good mouse. it felt amazing in your hand. but after repurchasing it is extremely clear that Feenix is just making low quality devices now in order to capitalize off of their old "quality before quantity" brand. If you buy this device be aware that for the same price there are much better headsets out there that will get the job done a lot better.
