Clasp not opening. Stuck
This product’s quality is very low. I’m deeply disappointed. I ordered one with name Lucas and the detail between the letters is just awful. It’s definitely not crafted as esquisite as advertised. Also not 925 sterling silver and 18 K gold plated. Is just nothing as expected and advertised . The clasp is stuck doesn’t open so I can’t wear it and when I asked for my money back I was given the response that is personalised and all they can do is refund 5£. it’s definitely outrageously managed.They said they will refund me and I’m waiting for that. Will update here when it happens .

It’s just arrived and looks lovely. I’ve not worn it yet but I can’t wait to thank youUpdate I’ve been wearing my necklace non stop for 3 weeks now and it’s still as beautiful as ever I thought I would update after a few showers as that’s what I was bothered about but it’s survived and I love it so much. Can make the chain different sizes which is an added bonus

Quality disapointing
I bought 2 of these necklaces for Xmas for my daughter's but they didn't arrive till January...to be honest I was disappointed in the quality, they looked cheap and the chain was very thin and cheap I was expecting a different font style but I guess that was my fault when ordering.anyway after all that said my daughter's are still wearing them!

Got black in 3 weeks of use
In the beginning it looked really nice, but it got black in 3 weeks use. Just to say that it has not been into water or anything! Very disappointing...
