Drill Operated Copper Wire Stripper, for Both Hand Crank and Drill Operated

The media could not be loaded. The Price is Right for this thing, it's under a hundred bucks. So what do you expect. It's not going to be the easiest contraption you're using. But it will get the job done. A lot better than the pull through one that I had before. I left a video showing you how it works and hopefully I don't come off like too much of an idiot. The thing is already paid for itself within the first week of me having it. As I said in the video, in my area it is actually not worth stripping wire unless it's over 6 AWG big. anything less than that it's not worth the money. So this purchase was absolutely worth it. Because sometimes I have jobs that do not give you enough scrap wire to validate getting something more expensive. The only thing I would recommend is making sure you have a drill with higher torque. Even if you go with a cheap hammer drill from harbor freight or even Amazon. But something I can handle heavy duty work. It does have a handle you can operate it with which isn't too bad. But if you can use a drill, it definitely makes it easier. Hopefully this review helps..

This has already made the money back that it cost this is not needed to strip wire but you can and will strip 10x the amount of wire and get it done with in half the time. Easy to use and with you able to attach a drill makes things a breeze a must have it you have a lot of wire to strip. Perfect product and great seller fast shipping and also great communication will purchase from them again because of how easy and friendly they are it dont get any better than this thank you for making the process a breeze.

It works, not quite as easily as advertised, but not too bad. I recommend when you get the machine set to the wire size keep it there as long as possible. Kind of a pain to reset the cutting depth to where you want it. Worth the money, already paid for itself

Its simple to use, convenient size for on the go use, and it really works! Extra blade is a bonus. If I ever had to buy it again I would. But the quality is excellent so I won't have to. Design is ergonomic and it fits my drill just fine.

Doesn't seem to really work on stranded #12 THHN or XHHW. Worked fine on some #6 THHN that I had laying around. Haven't had time to use it much otherwise. I suspect that it might work ok on #12 solid, but haven't tried that yet.

I don't usually review but...this thing is money. I stripped 25 pounds of copper in 2 hours. 2 hours!! That would have taken me DAYS with a knife and would have left my hands blistered and too sore to work. Electrical is hard enough on a guy's hands, when you're trying to make an extra buck scrapping you should take all the help you can get. I took a star off only because it can be a little finicky and the wire slips off the feed gears and gets pinched on the side of the blade, but this tool is amazing! Thank you!
