You are buying a new Authentic Mini Javelin best know as Turbo Jav a throwing implement designed originally to teach beginner javelin throwers to correct their throwing technique but latter adopted as an Official USATF Junior Olympic event. The new SCREAMER 300 TURBOJAV you just tap on it to hear the Sound. Instructions to activate sound. Heat up Handle with Hot Hair Dryer for 30 Seconds... Then Unscrew It and Pull out the Clear Plastic Piece (you will need Plyers or Tweezers) , that will activate the Noise maker... You can leave the Clear Plastic Piece inside the Turbojav or save in a safe place to put it back when you do not want to hear the sound. The Turbo jav can be used by baseball and football players to improve throwing skills and their shoulder / elbow mechanics. The Turbo Jav VII is 7OOmm long, weighs 300 grams and is made of polyethylene.
