Swamped with orders but bounced back
It took a little while for the Dermalcool Gel to be delivered but Richard kept us well informed of the progress, eventually informing us personally of the despatch. They had been swamped with orders and for a small supplier they worked wonders and pulled the stops out and delivered as promised. Full marks!
