STEP #1 * Using a masonry drill bit whichever is widest fitting into the grout lines drill 3-5 injector holes into the grout lines around each side of the tile. Do not drill into the sub floor. STEP #2 * Tap problem areas with rubber hammer to help loosen debris, and then vacuum over each hole to clear. STEP #3 *Place GATOR GLUE tip into injector hole to measure for tight fit, cut the tip if necessary so tip does not rest onto the sub floor. STEP #4 *Using a standard caulk gun squeeze GATOR GLUE into each hole. Squeeze slowly and don’t apply too much pressure. If one hole is blocked move on to inject the other holes. Sometimes you will see GATOR GLUE come up out of nearby holes and grout lines. This is good as it ensures complete coverage of the problem area. If no adhesive comes out of nearby holes it’s ok, simply tap the tiles to check if the hollow sound is now solid. STEP #5 *Wipe up excess GATOR GLUE with clean, wet sponge as necessary. Place weighted objects over tiles and allow to dry for a minimum of 12-24 hours, dries clear. FINAL STEP! *When dry re-grout over injected holes, will adhere to existing grout.
