Only one I could find
It does the job, the only problem I have is, the ports don’t hold the banana plugs in snug. If the wire is moved there might be a good chance the banana plus is removed from outlet.

After seeing mixed reviews, I took a chance and it really paid off. The HDMI plates are high end and a snap on vs traditional screws on the plates. They are neither cream nor white, but a blend in between. It goes well on both paints. Don't blink to buy this one. It's definitely worth it
