I am 5' 11" with a 32" pants inseam. I am also a Physician Assistant with many years experience in Orthopedics. In 2013 I had 5 back surgeries all within 10 months. It was a long haul to improvement but now I have about 95% of my function compared to 10 years ago. Unfortunately, much to my dismay, I will never climb a mountain again. My major problem now is severe pain for the first 5 minutes after getting out of bed. Another problems is that I cannot stand still for long periods of time (3 minutes or more) without doing stretches (which are only minimally helpful) because I have to keep stretching every minute or so.Last week I bought a large wide "The Angle" support pillow. When I woke up after my first night I can absolutely and unequivocally say that I have absolutely no morning back pain since I began using The Angle. Also both my daytime pains and my standing aches have decreased.One thing that many people do not mention is that there are many, many causes of back pain. The cause in my case is very obvious. Due to the pathology, I would assume that there would be benefit with The Angle for people with muscular, ligament and tendon causes of back pain as long as you get the proper size of The Angle. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to get the correct size. I wish the sizing graphic in this ad would also tell the height from the bed to the peak and one end to the other end of the pillow..I don't know about the benefit for people with herniated disks, pinched nerves, spinal stenosis etc. Each case is different. These people should ask their Doctor/Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner regarding the use of The Angle.I personally am extremely happy with my purchase of The Angle.

I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because it didn't come with the side strap and it is pricey. However, I am glad I bought it because it is very comfortable and the perfect size. All other options I could find were too small. I bought the biggest size - extra wide large. I'm 5'7" with long legs and I need to train myself to sleep on my back due to a shoulder issue. I got this to help stop me from flipping over. So far so good.It is 10.5 inches at the highest point and shy of 25" wide. It did not come in the packaging shown in the picture. It was rolled up and had to decompress. It seems I got a knock off, but the quality is good enough. No horrible smell.

Great product!!! I herniated two spinal discs, L3-L4 & L4-L5, and started propping up pillows under my knees to take pressure off my spine, that work OK, JUST OK. I ordered largest wedge a few days after first trying the pillows. The wedge works SO much better. Not only does it relieve most of my lumbar back pain, it keeps me from rolling off my bac, which I think is better for my back too.I could NOT imagine not having this now, until my back pain completely goes away.

Get this one, very good leg support and wide enough my legs don’t fall off. Expensive, but few others have this width and shape. I put on a rectangular, zipperred pillowcase-like cushion cover that’s just wide enough (uncommon), looks fine. Shape conforms, a bit tight but easy to wash. Stock cover underneath is white, and less convenient to wash.

Even the largest size isn’t big enough for a 6’1 with long legsYour feet end up hitting the bed strangely or your knees aren’t fully supported.. one or the other

Product is well made. I've used it every night since it arrived. It helps reduce my low back pain while falling asleep. I admit, some mornings I wake up and it's on the floor, but for the most part I am sleeping all night with it.

We took off cover and washed it. What a total pain to try and get it back on! I finally did after about 20-30 minutes of frustration, but it was a poor refit! It also appears to be grossly overpriced. I have not yet used it to see if this was a quality purchase after all, and will report back in a couple weeks on how my back feels. But, just based on the cover experience I will not recommend this product to anyone. I will review this product again to see if it lives up to it’s hype. The chat room directions were of little help.
