Awesome buy
Surprised i found the exact lights i had installed many years ago. The ability to make several adjustments to settings works great.

Perfect for the price
Took a few bulbs experimenting to figure it out, but I think I finally got it. If you want to run LED, run a higher wattage equivalent to give the motion sensor the proper resistance. I ended up running a 100w equivalent and it works great now

Several Defective lights.
I bought 12 of these lights over the last 2 years … and 3 did NOT operate correctly. I love the price and the style but there seems to be a rash of defective boards in these and I managed to get more than my fair share. The issues are all different: one flickered like a “strobe” when you set it on manual override, one would come on and never go off when set in “motion detect” mode and another had all of the above issues and than some. Since I purchased them in small groups over the course of a year and took my time swapping them out on all my out buildings I was past the return date. Not Happy but at least I bought them at a HUGE discount. And now I know why. 🫤

Makes me feel safe
I bought two of these lamps, one for front door, and another for the side entrance. Knowing they will come on if someone is within range makes me feel safer. Also, you can see who is there before answering the door. The light is bright, and I am satisfied.

Good lantern with a good price
The outside garage lanterns were very old and worn. These lanterns were very easy to install and have worked very well with the different weather environment we have in Colorado. They are durable and have a good appearance.

Not compatible with LED bulbs.
Not compatible with LED bulbs, like the Heath Zenith unit it replaces from 10 years ago was. The old Heath Zenith motion sensing light from 2010 finally called it quits recently. I took the still good 15 watt (100 watt equiv.) LED bulb out of it and transferred on the new light. Installed the new light and followed set-up / testing procedure...... the light flashed like a strobe light no matter what setting was selected. I first and naturally assumed that the new light is defected and i'd have to return but then wondered about the bulb. I grabbed a standard "old fashioned" 100 watt bulb and re-did the setup procedure..... that was it. Reading several other reviews, seems I'm not alone in discovering this. Of course, that's a huge problem, meaning after the last 3 standard incandescent bulbs I have are gone, I'll have to toss the fixture and replace with something proven to be able to function with LED bulbs, dimmable or not.
