My 2.5 year old loves her turtle and sleeps w it every night. It's great that it turns off after a set amount of time 10-20 min. A regular night light that stays on may be better when she's older and getting up at night to use the potty but for now, she stays asleep better when it's dark. We originally used a traditional night light near her bed and she had the worse sleep ever; my husband was dead set against any night light, but this turtle gives her the control to see when/if she needs to & even my husband thinks the turtle was a good choice now.

It's cute and I like the timer setting... But not much of a night light. I ordered it without high expectations. Think of it as like one of those circle lights that you press on.... But turtle shape. And the light qualit... think Halloween time those pumpkin shape covered flashlights, great for child locating visibility but you're not guna use it to guide your way through the mad mess that is your child's bedroom floor. If your kid is obsessed with turtles like mine is, meh it's legit enough to create a meltdown when they learn this turtle can't go swimming in the bath tub. Hope this brought some enlightment

Working Perfectly
Night light for 9 year old and 3 year old -- Just what we needed. The features are exactly right, and the glow is bright enough for them but not too bright to fall asleep to. Super.

Great little night light
Great little night light! My almost three-year-old loves it. It has a setting 4 high and low lights, a setting to have the light on until you turn it off and a timer for 10 minutes 20 minutes or 30 minutes.
