Final Volume
An older series about boy love but I love it still. It has story, plot, and character development. Some tragedy and some romance. For those seeking the full series, know that it originally had 11 volumes. When it went to be translated into English, the company Be Beautiful took it but they only got as far as volume 9 out of 11 before they went out of business. DMP (Digital Manga Publishing) took over and combined them into fewer volumes (6 in total). This is the final volume (6 for DMP but 11 of original).

Good read
I have read all these volumes on line and now I own all these volumes themselves. I love this author, Kazuma Kodaka, and her stories, they are fully fleshed out and you really care what happens to them. Almost like family. This last volume is not as large as the previous ones but that really is not a problem for me. If you have read these you know the characters are now at the end of journey and what a ride it has been. I'm glad that they are together with family surrounding them. Enjoy the book.

LOVED IT!
She is one of my favorite authors and this was her final novel for Kizuna and I just loved it! The price was good, but don't be surprised that the manga is half the size of all the others. Still an amazing read either way.

Loved this so much
In my review of vol 5, I said it ended it for me but this is the one I was talking about. It makes me sad this has come to an end but that's how it is with all good things,

Just PERFECT. Could not have asked for more!
It has been a frustrating journey following this series in English since it was first licensed by the now defunct "bebeautiful" so many years ago. After volume 8 (version as released by bebeautiful and equivalent to DPM deluxe version vol 4), the series was halted because of bebeautiful going bust and of course the mangaka taking time off from the series. Thankfully this talented mangaka picked up the series again. She has not only done that but given us the conclusion. And what a beautiful, touching and wonderful ending for my favorite couple Ran and Kei in this volume 6. I could not have asked for more from Kodaka Kazuma for Ran and Kei. The last panel of their story just got me all teary eyed. "It started with the cherry blossoms and ended with the cherry blossoms" Man... So satisfied yet so sad at the same time because it is the end of their story. But these two guys will continue to "live on" in my imagination because I have "known" them for so long. So easy to visualize that they will continue living a fruitful and happy life as a couple in Japan in my mind :). As for Masa and Kai, their ending is great too. Thank you DMP so much for relicensing this series and done such a fantastic job on it.

Final Farewell
Kizuna Volume VI is the final instalment for the Kizuna series. This volume closes the story once and for all and is described by the author as something she needed to do after dedicating so many years to this project - as much as I hate the term - it's closure. This volume closes the stories of the two couples and as such it is full of cliché, though Kodaka does not fall into the trap of everything being simple and everyone being accepted and living happily ever after. She does manage to close the stories in a suitably satisfactory way showing the growth of the characters though some things jarred and seemed a little out of character at times. It was also nice to see some of the reappearing side-characters get their stories finished too. Just don't expect any revelations - all that has already happened, this is just a final good-bye.I enjoyed the volume though it is the weakest volume of the series although it is the highest point artistically for Kazuma Kodaka (though I prefer her older artwork). As mentioned before, it's story is the weakest because the story proper has already finished and this is just a final goodbye to the characters and an indulgence on Kodaka's part.A nice conclusion to great series.
