**Q: What is the length of the transfer cable? I use a PC and need a longer cable to connect the device to my computer.**
A: Roughly 6 inches. If you don't have front USB ports, you will need an extension cable.

**Q: I am not being able to get it to show up on my iMac, any suggestions?**
A: Don’t hold me to this, but I believe you need the Apple version.  I have an iPad Pro, it will take only files from the Apple products.

**Q: computer not found device ?!**
A: I have the same problem. Tried this device on 3 different computers and on 6 USB ports and it never has have been seen on Win 11 File Explorer.  
Have sent the supplier two emails over a two week period and NO reply.

**Q: I’m planning on using my xqd card from z6 for this reader, and connect it to my ipad air 4 (via usb c).  just making sure the ipad will read it?**
A: I do not have an Ipad.  There is no reason for it not to work.
